David Showalter asked Jana to marry him on Saturday, September 26. But before “popping the question” he made that important phone call to her DAD to ask his permission! We received the call while at the airport and gladly said YES!
David is a student at Dallas Theological Seminary and has spent some time in Milan, Italy as a short-term missionary. He feels God leading him to go back to Italy after he finishes his studies. While in Milan, he met Jason and Allyson and they were instrumental in getting David and Jana together. He is a godly young man, and even though we haven’t met him personally, we have heard good reports from those who have! We praise the Lord for bringing David and Jana together and pray they will have many wonderful years together as they serve HIM!
David gave Jana this beautiful ring, made with his grandmother’s diamond. How special!
